The company began implementing these technologies in the Electronic Document Management System, which serves as the backbone of any digital organization, containing all critical documents and records. AI enables the system to recognize text within documents, perform advanced searches, and link related documents, facilitating fast and accurate access to information while reducing time-consuming manual processes. Additionally, the system can extract key data from documents and provide precise analyses to support organizational decision-making, thereby enhancing transparency and accountability within institutions.
The AI integration plan extends to the Electronic Public Service Center, where work is currently underway to develop the system’s ability to process citizen requests and complaints intelligently and instantly. The company aims to provide AI-driven tools, such as chatbots, accessible to citizens for submitting requests, inquiring about submitted requests and complaints, and understanding the requirements for obtaining municipal services.
